Our history Camera Repair exists in the field of repairs since 1988. It deals with film camera repair and relevant ware and has been the authorized service for many known companies, such as MINOLTA, KONICA-MINOLTA, PRAKTICA, EXAKTA, TAMAX, LEICA, ROLLEI, MINOX, LINHOF, TAMRON, SIGMA, etc. The man behind Camera Repair is Peter Palmos - Palmer, who - from the early years of his life - showed great interest towards photography, aesthetically and technically. He began repairs in his personal space, while in the mean time he studied electronics. Professionally he began at CANON and SILMA representative company in Greece, whilst continuing his studies via a correspondence course, this time specialized in photographic, at a university in America, since nothing similar existed at that time, or till this day, in Greece. When he was experienced enough, he established Camera Repair. Yet he remained up to date on the developments of repairs by following seminars specially organized by the companies themselves abroad: CANON (Netherlands), PRAKTICA (Germany), at 3 from MINOLTA (also Germany) and finally, one specialized on digital cameras seminar from KONICA-MINOLTA in Germany, that few had the possibility to participate.A new problem creates problems, but its solution is fascinating!
