Q1: How long does it take for my camera to be repaired?
A1: The time needed for repair is about 10 days from the day we receive your camera. In case spare parts are needed, which are not in stock, the time necessarily increases.
To professional photographers we provide priority.

Q2: How much does a repair costs?
A2: The cost of repair depends on the nature of the problem and the kind of the camera. In case the problem is not evident and it is required to open the camera, the charge amounts to 10€. From then on, and depending on the cost of the spare parts, we inform you about the final cost, before proceeding into any repair.

Q4: What are your working hours?
A4: The company hours are 9:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.

Q5: I live in the province / abroad. How can I send you my camera?
A5: By the Hellenic Postal Service "door to door” or courier. You will pack your camera (and the relevant ware you wish to send) in a box, about 5cm bigger than the total size of the equipment, and wrap each of them with paper, plastic bag or similar material. Fill the extra space (with crumbled newspapers for example) in a way that they are protected and don't move in the box. Also, you will include a note with all the necessary information (name, phone number, address and the problem of the camera, with a detailed description).

Q6: When my camera is repaired, which way will I receive it?
A6: When the camera is repaired, it will be sent to you packed in the same way and by the Hellenic Postal Service, "door to door". Cash on delivery will make the payment.

Q7: What make of cameras do you repair?
A7: We repair most of the camera makes that exist. Mostly SLR film cameras, but also digital. For more detailed information visit the page Service.

Q8: After repair, is my camera covered with guarantee?
A8: After the repair, your camera is covered with a 4-month guarantee. (The guarantee covers the repair made on the camera).
